W.O.W. Women International (WOW) was founded in 2001 by Darlyn C. Turner, with a simple, but powerful mission - to encourage, strengthen and empower women to reach their full potential and live life to the fullest.  WOW hosts numerous conferences, fellowships, workshops and outreach activities each year to bring relevant information, insight and a message of hope and encouragement to women and young ladies from all backgrounds.

WOW also hosts the Women of Excellence Luncheon to honor women that lead by example, serving as role models and inspiration to others through their distinguished service in areas such as Business, Community, and Health.
